Instead of requiring a signature upon delivery, Canada Post employees will ring or knock, choose the safest location to leave the parcel, and then proceed to the following address. Therefore, we ask that you or someone be available to receive the package safely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy

To process a refund request, please include the following photos of all items you have received, including a picture of: 

  • the package,
  • the shipping label,
  • and the packing slip.

Please ensure that the photo of the packing slip and the label is legible and unobstructed, as we reserve the right not to process claims with illegible information. Please send the images, along with your ORDER NUMBER, to [email protected]. We appreciate your cooperation.

Disclaimer

At EZ Weed Online, we understand the importance of receiving your package promptly and securely. If your order is not delivered within three days of the expected delivery date, we will contact Canada Post to initiate a trace on your package. This process may take up to an additional five business days.

If Canada Post deems the package “unrecoverable,” we will send a one-time replacement of your order free of charge.

However, if Canada Post reports that the package was successfully delivered but was not received, we will be unable to replace the order. We advise our customers to check the expected delivery date and accuracy of the address provided.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Interac E-transfer as the payment method for orders. You must have an online banking setup with a Canadian bank or credit union to use this payment method.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email that contains payment instructions. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide secure and convenient payment options for our customers.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer Xpresspost as the shipping method for all of our orders. The standard rate is $25.00 for all domestic orders under $149.00. We offer free shipping on all orders over $149.00.

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. However, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery for remote parts of Canada.

Do I have to use my real name?

We recommend using your real name when placing an order, as this will help ensure that you can receive the delivery. If you are not present to accept the package, Canada Post will leave a “For Pick Up” slip and ask you to retrieve it from a nearby post office. However, please note that if your identification does not match the name on the parcel, Canada Post will not be able to release the package. We advise customers to provide accurate and current information when placing their orders to avoid any inconvenience.

My tracking number does not work. Help!

All orders will immediately receive a tracking number. The tracking information may not be available after receipt and can take until the end of the business day for the information to be available.

Canada Post tracking information is not updated.

In some cases, they may be unexpected delays in shipping due to weather, inaccurate shipping information, or other unforeseen variables. Should your package be delayed beyond three days of expected receipt, please contact us by replying to your Order Confirmation email or by emailing us at [email protected].

My package is going to the wrong destination.

In the rare event that you notice your package is en route to the wrong city based on the Canada Post tracking website, it may be due to errors in the input. Postal codes are manually entered into the system and can cause routing errors and delays of 1-2 days.

If you encounter this issue, we recommend allowing two days as the package is rerouted to the correct address. If you do not see any changes in the tracking information, please contact us, and we will follow up with Canada Post on your behalf.
