During these times Canada Post is no longer offering “Signature Required” and now have implemented a Knock, Drop, and Go approach. Delivery employees will knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave the item and then depart for the next address. Please be home or have someone at home to safely receive your package.

For refund requests please including photos of all the items you have received. Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.​ Take a close up photo shipping label.​ Take a clear photo of the packing slip without any obstruction. If the photo sent is not legible, you may be asked to retake photos, so make sure we can read it the first time. We reserve the right to not process claims with no packing slip.​ Please send all of the photos you’ve taken along with your ORDER NUMBER to [email protected]
If you do not receive your package within 3 days after the expected delivery date, EzWeedOnline will contact Canada Post to file a trace for the package (typically takes up to 5 business days). If Canada Post deems it “unrecoverable”, then EzWeedOnline will replace the package 1x, free of charge. If Canada Post says it was successfully delivered and you did not receive your package, EzWeedOnline will not be able to replace your package. Please keep an eye out on the delivery date of your package to ensure you know when the package is expected to arrive. * Please always double check the address you provide is correct * If using a community mailbox, make sure the mailbox number is correct * Before panicking please check with your neighbours incase they accidentally received your package All shipments are packaged discreetly and vacuum sealed to ensure contents inside remain confidential.

At this time all payments are made via Interac E-transfer. You must be set up to use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union. Payment instructions are sent to you after you place your order in an Order Confirmation Email.

Shipping fees are $20 for orders under $149. For orders over $149, shipping is paid for by us. Orders are shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 1-3 business days. You must allow for an extra two or three business days if you live in a remote part of Canada.

Your order will be kept on hold until we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your E-transfer payment within 24 Hours of placing the order, your order will be cancelled and you will just have to fill up a new shopping cart from scratch.

We suggest you do use your real name. If you are not there to accept the delivery, you will be left a Canada Post “For Pick Up” slip and be asked to pick it up at a nearby post office. If your identification doesn’t match the name on the parcel, you won’t be able to pick it up.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will replace your order free of charge. We can do this only one time per customer.

Just before driving your order to the post office we email your tracking number. Until it has been scanned in at the post office, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. So please wait until the end of the day for your tracking number to appear

If your package status on Canada Post’s website hasn’t updated as it should it may not have been scanned at the post office. If you do not receive your package 2 days after your expected date, let us know by reply to the Order Confirmation Email or Order Complete Email and we will file a trace with the post office.

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days
